Kelly has been recently promoted to the position of CEO of FuseX Social Club. She is a strong advocate of women's sexual empowerment. Kelly believes the world will always be a better place when all women are sexually liberated and feeling free to express their own sexual interests.

Kelly is fluent in Arabic, English, French, Italian, and German. She is passionate about the equal treatment and opportunity for members of different groups within society regardless of individual distinctions of race, ethnicity, gender, age, social class, sexual orientation, or other characteristics or circumstances.

Kelly is responsible for the organization’s entire operations and reports directly to ownership and the board of directors. Kelly recently served as the Chief Legal Counsel of the organization. Prior to joining the organization, Kelly held several legal positions of increasing responsibility at the United States Department of Justice as a federal prosecutor (AUSA ) where she achieved a 100% convictions rate.
 

Vice President, Chief Risk Officer

MO CHOU

Mo Chou Is the Chief Risk Officer for FuseX Social Club. In this role, she leads the risk Management of the social club, which is responsible for developing the risk governance framework, which is measured, reviewed, and monitored on an ongoing basis. Ms. Mo Chou reports to FuseX Social Club Chief Executive Officer. Before assuming this role in September 2020, she served as the Risk Officer consultant for Sony Entertainment. She was responsible for managing the firm's risks across all of Sony Entertainment businesses in the region.

​Mo Chou graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2000, earning S.B. and S.M. degrees in electrical engineering and computer science with a concentration in economics, and received her M.B.A. with High Distinction from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration, Dartmouth College. Mo Chou is married with six children.

Chief Lobbyist

LIAM

Liam currently serves as the Chief Lobbyist of FuseX Social Club.  In his role, he is mainly responsible for coordinating efforts with the American Legislative Exchange Council regarding “swingers' rights legislative lobbying.” Liam is continually building connections with lawmakers all over the United States. He is a fierce fighter and a trailblazer for swingers’ right equality. Prior to coming to FuseX, he served as a trade representative for congressional affairs at the Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR).

In this role, he oversaw and coordinated public affairs, private sector outreach, policy development and legislative strategy for the enactment of many landmark trade legislation. He successfully managed legislative efforts that helped secure passage of major presidential legislative initiatives. He worked extensively on health care and pension issues before entering the trade field. Liam holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Miami and a master's degree in public policy and city planning from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.  Liam is married with two children.

Chief Behavioral Officer

RACHEL

Rachel is  the Chief behavioral Scientist and Evaluation at FuseX Social Club. She works closely with other social clubs regarding lifestyle behaviors and trends.Before joining FuseX, Rachel was at the Royal Bank of Scotland for 12 years and spent three years coordinating and teaching research design/quantitative methods at the University of Cambridge.

Prior to the University of  Cambridge, she worked at the Centre for Marriage and Family therapy, University of Oxford and has a D.Phil. in sociology, also from Oxford. Rachel is happily married with three children.

Chief Compliance Officer

​MEGAN

Ms. Megan’s responsibilities include planning, directing and managing FUSEX’s comprehensive members and guest compliance and ethics program, as well as serving as lead counsel for regional legal matters. She provides advice and counsel to the club's senior management with respect to compliance, investigations, governance, disclosure, and other legal matters.

​Ms. Megan’s joined FuseX in 2020, she also previously served as senior vice president & managing general counsel at Latham & Watkins LLP and corporate counsel for Amazon.com, Inc.Ms. Megan’s received her law degree as well as her undergraduate degree from Duke University. She is a member of the State Bars of California and Florida.

 Vice President Event Producer

CLAIRE

Ms. Claire is a creative and analytical thinker; she is the event producer for FuseX Social Club. Before her role with FuseX she served as an event producer consulting for Cirque du Soleil a Montreal-based entertainment company the largest contemporary circus producer in the world.

Claire is an expert in the field of technology, screenwriting, and entertainment. She earned her bachelor's & Master of Fine Arts from the Columbia University School of the Arts.
