- All guests legal name must match their Confidentiality Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA) & Non-Liability Agreement on file.
- FuseX has a zero-tolerance policy against threatening behaviors. Visibly intoxicated guests might be refused entry at the discretion of our staff.
- All guests must respect the privacy of others. No, violence or rude conduct toward members , guests, ambassadors, or personnel will be permitted.
- If you are bringing more than one partner in, then you will need to pay for the third person as a single. We understand that you are technically are not single. For Polyamory Couples this still applies.

Failure to follow such policy will result in immediate termination, and may lead to criminal prosecution. Criminal behaviors are 100% prohibited. "Property" means all forms of tangible property, whether real or personal, without limitation including documents of value. "Movable property" is property whose physical location can be changed, including without limitation.
